  • First interview – patient history

During the first meeting with a new patient, the physiotherapist inquires about past bone fractures, the location of scars on the body, painful muscle or joint complaints, cramps, etc.

  • Muscle examination

After the first interview and then during each subsequent sessions, the physiotherapist performs a muscle test designed to assess muscle activation. Any abnormality is recorded in the patient’s electronic file.

  • Diagnostics

The physiotherapist evaluates a graphic visualisation of the results (diagnostic body maps) and explains the causes and effects of muscle, join and spine imbalances and pain. In other words, the patient’s body map on the computer screen clearly highlights the most painful spots.

  • Therapy

Based on these results, the therapist chooses the most suitable methods of treatment. They most typically include stimulation of neurolymphatic points, reflexology therapy, joint mobilisation, muscle massage or exercise.
